My expertise began as a young teenager tinkering with computers. As a stundent in college, I studied several computer science classes. As an adult, I was a tech & software expert and trainer at a local branch of a nationwide company; then a technician, trainer and auditor of high tech equipment and computers for an engineering firm in the technology corridor of Knoxville, TN. 

I decided to start my own computer repair business in Feb 2015. And now, here we are! If your computer is fixable; I can fix it! I make everything easy to understand for customers and always charge fair prices.
